We offer refunds in the following cases:

• You receive a completely different item than what was ordered.

• The product delivered is of unacceptable or faulty quality.

• We are unable to fulfill your order due to unforeseen reasons.

To request a refund:

1. Contact us within 2 days of receiving your order via WhatsApp or email at zariapkofficials@gmail.com.

2. Share your order details and clear photos for verification (if applicable).

3. Once your request is reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed via your original payment method or as agreed.

Important Note:
Refunds are not applicable for change of mind after placing the order. We only process refunds based on the valid concerns listed above.
